Fruit basket (browns)

Our basketwork is handwoven using elephant grass, a species native to the African grasslands. In many African countries (like the Gambia) people earn their living collecting and preparing elephant grass that will later be sold to the artisans who will use it to create beautiful baskets, bags and other items.
